I am a consultant in organizational transformation, change management, and leadership development.

For more than 25 years, I have supported organizations across various sectors in their transformations, the development of their teams, the evolution of their management practices, and the improvement of their performance.

My approach is strategic, pragmatic, and human. I enjoy understanding the bigger picture, grasping the specific issues of each organization, and translating intentions into concrete, simple, and context-adapted actions.

Throughout my career, I have supported several major transformation programs, led or contributed to more than 90 change initiatives, and trained more than 5,000 professionals, managers, project team members, and executives.

I also teach change management, continuous improvement, and team performance at recognized university institutions.
